Wave 5:
-Made Colonel & medic spawns waitforallspawned and increased their wbstarting by 10 seconds.

Overall:
-Waves 1 and 2 are too easy and need to be toned up a notch.
-Bots that do not flank need to be given tag default to prevent them from flanking. Many bots took seemingly random paths throughout the mission.
-Fix the switch speed on the bonk scouts on wave 4. In characterattributes, "deploy time increased" 0.5
-A future judge run will only require passing waves 1 and 2, and the first pass has not been revoked.

-Pretty much made every robot have the no flank tag (except for sniper, spy, and buster support for obvious reasons).

Wave 1:
-Replaced gpunchie with gdemoknight.
-Replaced qf meds with bigheal meds.
-Made soldier ai normal instead of easy.
-Replaced gru punchies with shotgun hoovies (fatass scouts).
-Replaced bat scouts with c.a.p.p.e.r scouts (basically pistol scouts, and yes package they have the nys pistol icon).

Wave 2:
-Replaced gsandmen with g-armored-sandmen.
-Made soldier ai normal instead of easy.
-Made scout ai normal instead of easy.
-Replaced smg sniper support with normal ai scout and pyro support.

Wave 4:
-Gave support bonk scouts a deploy increase of 50%.
