Gave the upgrade station props cosmetics
Added a little more decoration
Fixed the upgrade station props disappearing on wave fails past w1

W1:
Gave 2nd subwave a 2nd possible spawn condition of being on a 100 second timer. The 2nd sub spawns after either the gbursts die OR 100 seconds after the wave starts. This is to prevent stalling the 2nd subwave, buying time to kill the tanks.

Changed heavy, demo, and pyro Support Limited -> Support 1

- Added pop icon to final gmed
