Never got my Tour Medal?

Hi! Now I am late on this, I thought it would just take a bit of time to get my tour medal. Though its past the 11th and still nothing. I am sure I did 7/7 complete tours I saw it on the mission page. If there is any way to still find out I would appreciate it

well i didn't receive my medal after doing all missions before 2024 summer update i didn't get it even after the update so whats the problem what staking so longi did all 8 missions
