No medal after days

Hello!! I was wondering where my medal was after days of not getting it, after an email as well. 

Can anyone help me?? I put the confirmation in as well

The medals are not yet in the game. Valve will add them in a future update. Please do not ask us about your TF2 medals. Thank you!

That message is displayed clearly on the front page of the site. It's also written on the FAQ page under the "Medals" section.

If you somehow missed that, then maybe we need to post the memo somewhere else on the site?

Also this is the wrong forum -- moving this to General.

The medals are not in the game yet. Wait for Valve to put them into the game.
