Wave 3
The wave was lacking in long-range damage and could use a few support snipers. 1-2 with a 1 minute cooldown would do.

This mission will be featured in the next event, congratulations!
Added DesiredCount 2 snipers with 50 second cooldown for wave 3.

Made the beginning of wave 2 a little less chaotic by pacing super scouts with WaitBetweenSpawnsAfterDeath 0.5

Yet again, nerfed wave 2 by removing sniper support.

Fixed wave 5 giving 690 credits instead of 700.
