What's wrong with my mission?

We ended up playing wave 1, and realized the mission was not polished enough to warrant no strike; if we were to strike the mission, it would be rejected, so we sent it back to initial judging to give it more time to get better.

For some specific advice, Demo link: https://us-testing.moonlight.tf:27105/de...55.dem.zip -The first part has almost nothing that is threatening and it gets melted by pyro within seconds. We were able to cut through approximately 1/2-2/3 of the wave by merely having a pyro. -Once there's a fair amount of soldiers, the difficulty ramps up drastically, and we ended up nearly losing due to there being a combination of soldiers and the giant heavy + uber medic pairs. -The wave would do better with bigheal medics giving pyro a harder time killing commons; uber medics, with how claustrophobic the front is, may be too strong on the cash level of wave 1. But since you ask, I may as well reduce your strike count to 1. This mission is now at 1 Strike total. EDIT: As per the revised judging rules, your strike counter has been reset. This mission is now at 0 Strikes.
Changes I've made:
Wave 1: Overall I nerfed this wave (even though judges had skill issue). -Giant Heavies no longer pocketed by uber meds, they now have QF & big heal meds. -Nerfed Scout AI to easy (was normal ai before). -Made soldier maxactive 3 instead of 6. -Gave Giant Pyros Quick Ubers instead of regular uber meds. Misc Changes: -Changed Burst fire soldier spawn during shotgun heavy section (it got stuck once in the middle spawn for some reason). Wave 3 Misc Changes: -Changed Bison soldiers so each had different colours (A+drew & Yuugi did it, so I felt a little left out). -Gave Final Subwave section some cool half life music.

Changes I've made:
Wave 1: -Replaced the last 2 burst fires with rapid fires. -Made last 2 gheavy sets have a maxactive of 8 and have a waitbetweenspawn of 25 seconds. Wave 2: -Replaced Flare pyros with non airblast pyros. Misc Changes: -Gave DH soldiers on wave 3 hellmets (it looks cool on them). -Also Gave the rocket rain soldiers some cosmetic changes (just so it can look different from afar). Demo link: https://us-testing.moonlight.tf:27107/de...87.dem.zip Wave 1 -The first subwave is weak, and the sandman scouts could be replaced by pyros to buff it. -The giant pyros came all at once, and without an uber medic killer, they're a guaranteed pusher. -The cash balance is poor; all of the cash is dropped at the end. Wave 2 -Similar to wave 1, most of the cash is dropped at the end. Overall -The waves are really good, and just about ready to pass.
Changes I've made:
Wave 1: -Replaced the sandman scouts with non airblast pyros. -Cut the Maxactive of the giant pyros + quick uber med combos in half 12->6. -Balanced out cash during wave.
