Revan: Big difficulty step up from wave 4

Package o' lies: wave is underwhelming
Revan: finale is underwhelmind and not hard compared to the difficulty of waves 4 and 5.
Randomguy: soldiers at the end too easy, could give them crits

Steel Gauntlets and Bonk Scouts now use heavy_steelfist_nys and scout_bonk
Wave 3 - Changed Uber Medics from Quick-Uber to normal Uber
Wave 5 - Changed Steel Gauntlet count from 28 to 16, changed Scout and Buff Banner Soldier count from 20 to 15, changed Giant Rocket Wall Soldiers to Giant Burst Fire Demomen and almost doubled their spawn rates
Wave 6 - Changed Easy Skill Heavies to Hard Skill, sped up spawn rates of Giant Heavies and Dragon's Fury Pyros, removed 6 Giant Rapid Fire Soldiers and put 4 Colonel Barrages and 4 Giant Buff Banner Soldiers in their place

Wave 1: The buff soldiers can become really annoying if the snipers get within their buff radius. Remove either the buffs or snipers.
W4: The heavy spam in the 2nd subwave is too much, should be toned down a bit.
W5: First subwave is easily the strongest part of the wave by a long shot due to the level of spam, do whatever is necessary, but we think it would be best if the amount of buff soldiers was decreased, remove crits on colonels.
W6: Tindall: having minicrits on the colonels this wave is wierd since the ones on wave 5 had crits. Give colonels crits (optional)

Wave 4 - Changed Heavy TotalCount to 24, and changed their WaitBetweenSpawns to 7.5 instead of 6
Wave 5 - Removed crits on Colonel Barrages, changed Buff Banner Soldier TotalCount to 16 and changed their SpawnCount to 4
